Lulu is a key member of the V Family Dentistry team, managing the front desk with a friendly and professional approach. She assists in every aspect of the dental office, from coordinating appointments to supporting patients through the treatment planning process. Her expertise ensures seamless communication between patients and the dental team, making sure all questions are answered and care is personalized. Italia is one of the welcoming faces at the front desk of V Family Dentistry. She excels in helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. As the insurance coordinator at V Family Dentistry, Yvonia ensures that patients receive the most out of their benefits. She expertly navigates the complexities of insurance policies, working closely with patients to make the financial aspects of their dental care clear and manageable. Yvonia’s attention to detail and commitment to advocacy mean that each patient’s experience is as stress-free as possible when it comes to insurance claims and coverage. 

Briana is a versatile member of the V Family Dentistry team, working as both a Dental Assistant (DA) and helping with front desk tasks. She seamlessly floats between clinical and administrative roles, assisting chairside during procedures and ensuring patients feel comfortable, while also supporting front office operations like scheduling and patient communication. Briana’s flexibility and dedication make her an essential part of keeping the office running smoothly. 

Yen has been a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) since 2023 and plays a vital role at V Family Dentistry. She assists in both the back office during procedures and the front office with administrative tasks. Yen’s ability to balance clinical duties with patient interaction ensures a smooth experience for everyone. Her dedication to providing excellent care and support makes her an integral part of the team. 

Ngoc became a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in 2024 and recently joined V Family Dentistry. While still gaining experience, she is eager to learn and grow in her role. Her enthusiasm for patient care and her commitment to mastering new skills make her a valuable addition to the team. With a compassionate approach, Ngoc ensures that each patient feels comfortable and well cared for during their visit.
